This is the app, with a made-up one. Sort the columns, switch to the UK, add a keyword.

Write the listing search can read.

Edit your name, subtitle and keyword field with live counts. AppDoctor shows which tracked keywords your listing can't match yet and which words you've spent twice, then saves to App Store Connect when you confirm.

Repeated: sleep, noise, sounds. Apple counts each word once, so these characters could hold new keywords.

Try it: take out “sleep”, “noise” and “sounds”, add “stories” and “waves”, and watch the coverage change.

Fix first

  • Keyword field repeats words
“sleep”, “noise” and “sounds” are already in the name or subtitle. Apple counts each word once, so swap them for new ones.
  • 2 tracked keywords aren't in your listing
Search can't match “sleep stories” or “ocean waves” because not all their words are in the name, subtitle or keyword field.
  • Countries you track have no listing in their language
Add English (U.K.): it's its own name, subtitle and keyword field for the UK App Store.
  • No app preview video
A 15–30 second preview autoplays in search. Make one in Screenshots, or ask the AI.

Your own AI, already inside.

Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI or a model in Ollama, with the sign-in you already have. It reads your keywords, ranks and listing and suggests changes. Nothing reaches the App Store until you review it.

Questions

What is an ASO keyword research tool?

App Store Optimization (ASO) is choosing the words in your app's name, subtitle and keyword field so people find it when they search the App Store. An ASO keyword research tool shows which searches are popular, how hard they are to rank for, and where your app ranks today in each country.

Where does the keyword popularity come from?

From Apple. Apple Ads publishes a popularity score for search terms, and AppDoctor reads it with your own Apple Ads account, from your computer.

Can I track my app in more than one country?

Yes. Add the app from any App Store country, the UK or Japan say, and AppDoctor tracks its keywords and ranks there too, with a listing for each language.

Which AI does it work with?

The one you already have: Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI or a model in Ollama, inside the app. Claude Desktop, Cursor and other MCP apps can use AppDoctor's tools too. There's no second AI subscription.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You install the app, sign in with your email and add your app by pasting its App Store link. Connecting App Store Connect and Apple Ads is a guided step.

It's open source. Why pay?

You can build AppDoctor from the source code for free. The subscription gets you signed, ready-to-install apps for Mac and Windows, automatic updates and support.

Start with your own app.

Paste its App Store link and check where it ranks today.
